Directions for use

1. Use Pre Workout gel before training.

2. Apply approximately 1-2 pumps per muscle, to muscles most used in your sport.

3. Apply Post Workout gel after training.

4. Apply approximately 1-2 pumps per muscle, to muscles most used in your sport.

 

For best results apply to clean dry skin. Massage well into the skin, avoiding broken skin. Concentrate on joints and muscles.
